Lead Proposal Writer Specialist

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably having a background in federal contracting, particularly within the Department of Defense.
This position requires the ability to manage and respond to government solicitations, RFIs, and sources sought requests effectively. Key Responsibilities include:
- Proposal Development: Lead the full lifecycle of proposal development, from identification to submission, ensuring compliance with government requirements and meeting deadlines.
- Capture Management: Utilize various portals such as SAM, GovTribe, FedConnect, and GSA eBuy for effective capture & bid management.
- Technical Writing: Produce high-quality, detailed proposals, white papers, RFIs, and sources sought responses focusing on federal, DoD, and IT services.
- Win Strategy: Develop and implement winning strategies for proposals, leveraging past performance and company strengths.
- RFP/RFI Management: Analyze and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Sources Sought notices in a timely and organized manner.
Additional responsibilities include: Collaboration, Research, Tracking and maintaining knowledge of evolving requirements and new government initiatives, Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS, Compliance, and Project Management.
