Electronics Inspector

We are seeking an experienced electronics inspector with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IPC standards, harness assembly guidelines, and ESD practices.

The role requires the ability to ensure electronic assemblies and subsystems conform to industry and customer specifications. This includes conducting environmental tests such as thermal cycling, vibration, humidity, altitude, shock, and ingress protection (IP) tests on electronic units.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing EMI/EMC testing as per applicable military, automotive, or aerospace standards (e.g., MIL-STD-461, CISPR, ISO 7637, DO-160)
• Preparing and verifying test setups, fixtures, and monitoring instruments.
• Ensuring test parameters are maintained as per the test plan, and anomalies are reported.
• Assisting in the configuration and operation of data acquisition systems and EMI/EMC test receivers.
• Documenting all test procedures, results, and observations accurately and generating detailed test reports.
• Collaborating with engineering to troubleshoot failures and support root cause analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with lab safety, ESD, and calibration requirements.
• Participating in audits and maintaining readiness for regulatory and customer inspections.
