Compliance Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the company's regulatory submissions are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload regulatory submissions to the portal after obtaining concurrence from relevant stakeholders.
  • Track, align, ensure, and coordinate with business units for regulatory registers.
  • Notify regulators of all communications including branch data, directorship changes, and regulatory charges.
  • Upload, track, and review salesperson details periodically in the IIB Envoy Portal.
  • Ensure all applicable licenses are availed, procured, and renewed with applicable timelines as per guidelines.
  • Issue NOC for exited salespersons and detag PAN from IRDA & Envoy along with record keeping.
  • Apply for telemarketing license as per guidelines and submit regulatory data to IRDAI as per stipulated guidelines.
  • Renew IRDAI CA license, PO, ISNP, Envoy, any other licenses in track and renew along with PO & relevant stakeholders.
  • Track and maintain regulatory checklist completely along with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with finance, product teams, & insurers for reconciliation sign off every month and follow up on gaps identified in recon.
  • Maintain and track agreements of insurers, SLA's of insurers, Commission structure of insurers.
  • Track grievances from grievance team, insurers, and coordinate resolution with insurers, business, product, and branch team.
  • Provide audit checklist and coordinate with functional audit team and track audit resolution for branches.
  • Provide AML checklist to compliance team and coordinate and track AML cases with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Bookkeep litigation of insurance cases, open cases, update regulator as needed.

Experience: 4-8 years in a similar domain required.
