The role of a Project Manager is crucial in driving the growth of our Services practice, implementing best practices and new methodologies, and delivering projects as per agreed scope and schedule.

As a key member of the Delivery Management practice, you will manage a diverse portfolio of customers and projects across their entire lifecycle, ensuring successful and consistent delivery of software solutions to customers in every industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage project teams of functional and technical consultants (internal and external) using project management best practices and methodologies.">
  • Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and interpret different commercial and contractual terms to manage projects as per agreed terms and conditions of the contract.">
  • Support Country Services leaders, Practice Leads, and Sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals, including Statements of Work approvals and Project Management estimates.">
  • Adhere to PMO Governance and Project Reporting using Project management tools.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • At least 15 years of working experience and 8+ years of effective Project Manager experience.">
  • Experience in software implementation, loan originations, fraud, decisioning, customer management, and cloud-based implementations.">
  • Good understanding of risk, fraud, originations, and customer onboarding domains.">
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.">
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external teams.">
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Hindi (Marathi optional).">
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
  • Highly collaborative approach to build, manage, and motivate project teams spread across geographies, departments, and organizations.">
