Senior Analytics Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Consultant to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking sales team, you will be responsible for developing new analysis and presenting it through business intelligence tools to support sales personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and solve complex problems to deliver value to our customers and business.
- Provide analysis and insights using statistical tools, optimization, and data synthesis to drive business growth.
- Apply critical thinking skills to perform advanced analytics and solve complex business problems.
- Generate deep insights through data analysis and operational process understanding, and turn them into actionable recommendations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to improve business performance.
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop key business reporting and optimal delivery channels.
- Ensure robust routines with stakeholders and senior executives to share progress and report on mutually agreed KPIs.
- Determine strategy to plan, coordinate, and execute data research projects or results-oriented intelligence.
- Collaborate and influence professionals to provide strategic consultation.
- Ensure adherence to data management and data governance regulations, and policies and compliance requirements.
- 6+ years of business or technology management experience.
- Deeper understanding of Microsoft technology stack (Power Apps, Power BI, Azure Data Stack) with relevant Microsoft certifications.
- 5+ years of Power BI experience with certifications.
- Experience in business analytics, agile development methodologies, developing business tools and products.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
