**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Workday professional to join our team as a Functional Workday Time and Absence Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual with expertise in Time and Absence Management to make a significant impact in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday, with experience in implementing and supporting global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence.
  • Maintain and enhance Workday systems to ensure compliance with global regulations and leave policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide expert advice on Time and Absence management.
  • Develop and maintain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs in Time and Absence management.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday functional implementation.
  • Proven track record supporting at least 2 global Workday implementations or transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
