A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the efficient movement of goods across our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective operations.
- Shipment Coordination: Organize and schedule shipments, meeting deadlines and customer requirements.
- Transportation Management: Coordinate with third-party carriers to arrange transportation for goods and materials.
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of products while minimizing excess stock.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of operations. Key responsibilities include addressing issues related to shipments, communicating with customers, and maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required and bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with logistics software.
