Employment Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Indian labour laws, excellent client advisory skills, and the ability to lead high-impact mandates across various sectors.

This is a high-visibility role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, advisory-heavy environment, and is ready to take the lead on complex employment law matters including compliance, advisory, investigations, and contentious issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment and labour law issues including employment contracts, HR policies, compensation structures, and termination matters
  • Represent clients before labour authorities, tribunals, and other forums as necessary
  • Draft and negotiate employment-related documentation and settlement agreements

Candidate Profile:

  • LL.B. from a reputed Indian law school
  • 7–12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a top-tier law firm or leading in-house legal department
  • Strong command of Indian labour laws, industrial regulations, and case law developments
