Job Description

Mizuho's goal of establishing a global processing center is part of its long-term strategy to handle banking and IT operations remotely. This role plays a key part in ensuring the security of these operations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance, with experience in the banking or financial services industry. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining IT governance frameworks that align with the bank's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

This role requires a strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include leading incident response efforts, including investigation, reporting, and resolution of security breaches. The successful candidate will also have technical skills such as MS Defender, EDR Operations, SIEM, SOAR, AZURE, and Carbon black.
