About the Role

As an HR Specialist at Argmac, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our team is supported, motivated, and functioning at its best. You will play a critical role in managing employee data, streamlining HR processes, and helping us build a culture that matches our luxury brand's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily HR activities, including employee data management, payroll processing, recruitment, and performance tracking.
  • Operate and maintain our Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring all employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure that the needs of employees are met, fostering a positive work environment that reflects the core values of Argmac.
  • Collaborate with management to recruit top talent, conduct interviews, and guide new hires through a smooth onboarding process.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure seamless communication, resolve issues, and streamline processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a luxury, design, or high-end retail environment.
  • HRMS Expertise: Proficient in using HRMS software to manage employee data, streamline HR processes, and generate reports.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex HR issues quickly and effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on interdepartmental collaboration and employee satisfaction.
