AI Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in designing and optimizing high-quality prompts for large language models. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between process automation, prompt engineering, and applied AI to enable the creation of intelligent autonomous systems that augment business workflows and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize high-quality prompts to drive accuracy, reliability, and adaptability of AI models within various business use cases.
  • Collaborate with automation teams to integrate AI-driven agents with end-to-end workflows.
  • Build, configure, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.
  • Partner with data scientists, RPA developers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Develop reusable prompt templates, prompt libraries, and best practices for large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
  • Integrate APIs, knowledge bases, and 3rd-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows to enrich decision-making capabilities.
  • Monitor agent and bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune prompts for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI agent frameworks, RPA enhancements, and generative AI trends to keep solutions cutting-edge.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy governance and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere (bot development, control room, IQ Bot API integrations).
  • Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with RPA-to-AI orchestration including scheduling, decision-making, and exception handling.
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation and agent development.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations across enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to multi-agent frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI/automation deployment.
  • Knowledge of ML pipelines, NLP models, and conversational AI.
  • Experience in governance frameworks for AI and automation.
