Job Title: Space Design Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement space design strategies, considering aesthetic appeal, functionality, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and expectations, and provide expert advice on design options.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and elevations using CAD software, MS Excel, and other tools.
  • Conduct site visits to measure spaces, assess layout requirements, and ensure design accuracy.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality designs within set deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in space designing, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding designs.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of materials, finishes, and technical drawings, including CAD and drafting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for quantity assessment and budgeting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
