We are seeking a highly skilled YouTube native to join our team as a Digital Content Manager.

About the Role:

  • Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive YouTube strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Drive subscriber growth, watch time, retention, CTR, and engagement by creating high-quality, engaging content.
  • Plan and manage content calendar, ensuring frequency, formats, playlists, and uploads are optimized for maximum impact.
  • Optimize content for YouTube SEO by crafting compelling metadata, titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions.
  • Run A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and posting schedules to refine strategy and improve results.
  • Track and analyze audience behavior, leveraging analytics to inform decision-making and optimize content for better performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing and scaling YouTube channels.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and audience behavior.
  • Proficiency in YouTube Studio, Analytics, Google Trends, TubeBuddy, and VidIQ.
  • A balance of creative storytelling and data-driven decision making.
  • Proactive, independent, and growth-focused mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with an infotainment channel.
