About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your extensive experience in SAAS and technical expertise to drive AI-driven conversational platform adoption. As a Presales Manager, you will be the key point of contact for customers, providing market feedback to product management, and contributing to the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer product demos and presentations on product capabilities
  • Answer RFPs and RFIs for local and global sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Manage product POC build-out and delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations
  • Conduct product training sessions for onboarded customers and partners, enhancing their understanding of our solutions
  • Partner network engagement and support, fostering strong relationships with key accounts
  • Define product strategy and planning execution, aligning with business goals and customer needs
  • Own product support in the pre-sales stage, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly
  • Presents and consults on product capabilities to customers, highlighting value propositions and differentiators
Requirements
  • Plan and set up pre-defined demos for customers, ensuring seamless execution
  • Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and/or digital products, as well as large transformation programs
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Presale/Sales Engineer, with a strong IT/development background
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Able to work cross-functionally with various departments, including Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Marketing
  • Desire to innovate, with a strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
