Strategic Creative Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Creative Lead to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing design initiatives that drive engagement and conversions.

You will work closely with our business, creative, performance, and tech teams to develop strategic, result-oriented designs that support program growth. Your expertise in AI tools and online design platforms will be instrumental in driving efficiency and scale in the development of collaterals.

As a Strategic Creative Lead, you will manage a team of designers providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate team output and design quality. You will also manage collateral production and content updates, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or fine art
  • 6-9 years of creative experience within an agency or startup environment
  • Proven experience leading creative projects and managing high-performing design teams
  • Expertise in online design and video tools like Canva or Figma and Invideo
  • Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing performance-driven marketing creatives (ads, landing pages, videos) with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in English
  • PASSion about learning the latest in design through online courses and workshops
