Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will lead the agency's performance marketing practice across paid channels. You will oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns while serving as the go-to advisor for clients.

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
  • Design and implement ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.
  • Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and manage junior team members; oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports.
  • Budget Management:
  • Allocate and optimize budgets across multiple platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with creative, content, and account management teams to align campaign messaging with broader client strategies.
