We are currently seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to fulfill key IT infrastructure objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support and troubleshoot complex network-related issues with minimal downtime.
  • Maintain optimal performance of enterprise-level networks and hardware platforms.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Configure, install, and optimize operating systems for seamless functionality.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting on PC/Laptop hardware components.
  • Implement and support Microsoft Outlook solutions for efficient communication.
  • Proficient in Active Directory user/group management, password resets, printer and peripheral setup, fundamental networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), antivirus and endpoint security management, exposure to SCCM, basic BSOD troubleshooting, and BitLocker encryption and recovery.
