Job Title: Footwear Designer

We are seeking a skilled Footwear Designer to join our team.

  • Create innovative and stylish footwear design concepts that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with Design Management and Product Development teams to bring designs to life.
  • Develop trend boards and provide clear communications to vendors and factories throughout the product development process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and directions through market research, travel, and tradeshows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Footwear Design or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in shoe designing, with knowledge of shoe constructions and materials.
  • Advanced skills in Photoshop / Illustrator and 3-D design programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
