Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator and Scheduler. This key position will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution, and meeting project objectives.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules utilizing Microsoft Project (MSP) software.
  • Manage sequencing of activities to guarantee that timelines and project phases are met in accordance with the established plan.
  • Establish effective project governance processes and systems to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project finances and collaborate with financial departments to manage budgets and control costs effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance on procurement to ensure cost-effective solutions and optimal resource allocation.
  • Coordinating long-lead item procurement and material deliveries to prevent project delays.
  • Ensuring that design and construction phases are aligned, and design changes are incorporated into the overall schedule.
  • Conducting test fits and layouts to optimize space utilization for clients, considering design requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architectural fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Project (MSP). Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Tamil and Malayalam languages (preferred). Experience working in Tamil Nadu or Kerala is an added advantage.
