Senior Conversational Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Conversational Designer to join our team.

  • Design and implement conversational flows that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Translate business requirements into structured dialogue, handling multiple branches and edge cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Conversational Flow Development: Develop, configure, and optimize conversational flows for various applications.
  • Dialogue Structure: Define the structure of conversations, including dialogue flow, branching, and termination.
  • Integration: Integrate conversational AI with external platforms via APIs.
  • Testing and Debugging: Test, debug, and refine conversational AI systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Documentation: Document workflows and provide best practices for scalable conversational AI builds.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in conversational design, AI, or related fields.
  • Conversational Design Expertise: Proven expertise in designing conversational interfaces.
  • AI Experience: Experience with AI development, particularly in natural language processing.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and integrations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Project Portfolio: Evidence of completed conversational design projects showcasing real-world conversational flows.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent English communication skills.
