Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create high-impact creatives for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, a portfolio of work that showcases their passion for illustrative design and typography.

This role involves designing visually consistent assets aligned with brand objectives, collaborating with marketing, content, and channels teams, and presenting design concepts to justify creative choices and adapt based on feedback.

The successful candidate will have experience working with various design platforms, such as digital and print forms, and will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc & Figma.

In addition, the candidate will have a solid foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles, and will be able to design for web, print, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-impact creatives for digital and print platforms that meet brand quality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and channels teams to deliver visually consistent assets.
  • Presentation of design concepts, justification of creative choices, and adaptation based on feedback.
  • Ensure all visual materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2+ yrs of experience in graphic design.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc & Figma.
  • Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
  • Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms.
  • Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
  • Experience in asset optimization for performance and speed.
  • Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
