Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with clients and lender partners to facilitate debt financing placements
  • Draft client business overviews and Investment Memoranda (IM's)
  • Review client financial information and analyze financial statements
  • Develop and maintain financial models, including P&L, Cashflow, and Balance Sheet
  • Coordinate lender interactions with clients
  • Maintain project plans and adhere to internal SLAs
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and communicate the value proposition of our private debt solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive client engagement
Requirements:
  • Financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and financial statement review
  • Prepare high-quality marketing, investment, and credit papers with concise synthesis of diverse information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for effective relationship-building
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
