Revenue Operations Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Manager to lead the implementation of full-funnel RevOps systems across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot and a deep understanding of how it can be used to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement End-to-End RevOps Systems: Lead the implementation of full-funnel RevOps systems to ensure HubSpot becomes a true revenue engine.
  • Configure Lead Scoring Models: Design lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing to optimize funnel performance.
  • Map Revenue Processes: Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations to streamline sales and marketing activities.
  • Integrate with Other Platforms: Implement integrations with other platforms such as CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses, and middleware/integration tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs.
  • Audit Funnels and Pipelines: Identify and close revenue leakages by auditing funnels and pipelines in real-time.
  • Build Dashboards: Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Governance: Manage data governance within HubSpot, including properties, objects, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with GTM Teams: Collaborate with go-to-market teams to roll out a holistic RevOps framework for clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation experience.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub HubSpot setups (Marketing + CRM + CX).
  • Skills: Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
  • Integration Tools: Experience with middleware/integration tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to find leaks in the funnel and back it up with data.
  • Bonus Skills: Exposure to Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar platforms.
