Business Excellence Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Business Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and delivering high-impact projects.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their operational efficiency.
  • Analyze client data to create actionable insights and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop and implement process maps to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Support clients in drafting and releasing RFPs and facilitating supplier selection processes.
  • Review contracts to ensure alignment with negotiated terms and facilitate redlines from the legal team as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of prior experience in a consulting firm or industry, with specific experience in operations, supply chain, and/or procurement required.
  • Excitement about working in a start-up atmosphere and comfort with ambiguity, along with an ownership-driven mindset.
  • Proven problem-solving and time management ability.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated team player with the ability to work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create complex formulas and analyze large data sets).
