Image Retouching & Project Coordinator Position

This role combines image editing expertise with project management skills, ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can coordinate tasks across teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images to meet industry standards
  • Review and quality-assure final images before client delivery to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with clients, editors, and team leads to manage timelines and project milestones effectively
  • Monitor daily workflows and flag potential delays or issues promptly
  • Develop and enforce retouching SOPs and style guides to maintain quality
  • Provide guidance to junior retouchers as needed to enhance their skills
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of professional photo retouching experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and image editing workflows
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Prior QA or project coordination experience is beneficial
