Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) to lead our team as an Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee project development, production support, and maintenance activities ensuring successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion within timelines and quality processes.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management: Lead customer interface daily, proactively addressing issues and serving as single point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and strong understanding of functional ERP and SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, AME, and MRP.
  • Support & Compliance: Provide application production support as per process, track open tickets/incidents, ensure they are closed within deadlines and analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs.
  • Team Development: Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience with in-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12).
  • Strong understanding of functional ERP and SCM.
  • Experience with Oracle INV, PO, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Service Procurement, and Procurement Contracts with implementation experience.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to proactively address customer issues.
  • Experience in creating functional and technical specification documents.
  • Ability to track and manage tickets and ensure compliance with SLAs/KPIs.
