Key Role in Delivering Complex Systems

As a Release Train Engineer, you will play a crucial part in facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning, system demos, and Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies to ensure seamless delivery of complex systems.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams in defining and prioritizing features that align with business objectives, managing dependencies and risks that impact delivery timelines and quality, and driving continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams.

This includes promoting best practices in scaling frameworks such as SAFe, providing transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress for senior stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements for this position include 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 3-5 years as a Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead. Proven experience in running large-scale Agile Release Trains (SAFe or equivalent) is also essential.

  • Agile Maturity: The ability to drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams, promoting best practices in scaling frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills to provide transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress for senior stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills to navigate complex issues and dependencies.
