Job Title: Generative AI Developer

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in designing and developing scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex Generative AI systems using Python, LangChain/LangGraph, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
  • Implement robust pipelines focusing on concurrency, asynchronous programming, and system performance.
  • Ensure high-quality code through type annotations, linting, clean coding practices, and thorough testing with Pytest.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Utilize version control and workflow management tools such as Git.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, including 3-5 years in AI projects.
  • Advanced Python proficiency with strong knowledge of concurrency and async programming.
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, deployment).
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph and practical knowledge of Embeddings and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Strong focus on testing (Pytest), code quality, and collaborative development using Git.
