Job Description

Atrium Academy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE III) specializing in QA Automation with leadership capabilities to join our quality assurance team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA Team: Oversee and lead the QA team, ensuring effective test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  • Test Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies that ensure high quality and performance of our products.
  • Mentor and Train: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to QA team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Test Execution: Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects and issues.
  • Performance Testing: Implement and conduct performance and load testing to ensure system reliability and scalability.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in QA automation and software testing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams, with excellent leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Agility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with mobile testing frameworks (e.g., Espresso, XCTest) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
  • Project Management: Experience in project management and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Performance Monitoring: Familiarity with performance monitoring and logging tools (e.g., New Relic, ELK stack).
