About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position located in Saraswati Vihar, where you will be responsible for providing direct patient care.

Your daily tasks will include assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also coordinate with healthcare providers to deliver consistent patient care and monitor patient progress.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in patient care, health assessment, and nursing care planning
  • Competence in administering medications and treatments
  • Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with valid RN license
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
