Service Maintenance Coordinator
As a Service Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager in coordinating site activities and providing daily updates.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and record progress regularly.
- Prepare and submit documents like DSR, WSR & MSR for review and approval.
- Track daily progress and share updates through regular reports.
- Raise concerns for any delays or improper working at the site.
- Handle service-related documents and assist with billing processes.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and checklists to ensure efficient upkeep.
- Manage service contracts and ensure maintenance is performed as per schedule.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete tasks on time.
- Keep track of spare parts and tools needed for service work.
- Monitor equipment availability and system upgrades.
- Maintain records for due overhauling and breakdown repairs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in the Service sector.
- Knowledge of Electromechanical equipment, including HVAC, STP, WTP, Lift, Boiler, pumps, AHU, and other rotatory equipment.
