Senior Facebook Ads Manager Job Description
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facebook Ads Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for deploying and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on conversions, leads, app installs, and video views.
You will analyze customer actions, plan A/B testing for content, ads, audiences, and placements, and build a scientific campaign structure (TOF-MOF-BOF) that combines with the team's content and design for effective conversion.
You will monitor and analyze data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP (if available), and proactively expand budget based on performance and ROAS, CPL, CPM, CTR, CVR...
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A large budget from 5 years of experience running Facebook Ads (> 20,000 USD/month or more)
- Strong performance mindset, know how to test quickly - optimize deeply - expand with control
- Components of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, etc.
- Know analytics, understand attributes (last click, view, etc.)
- Priority is given to those with experience in the following fields: E-commerce, services, online courses, real estate, finance...
