IT Service Management Specialist
Role Description:We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of IT service management solutions through the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including technology, development, integration, and modules.
- Provide integration services and logistics for customer integrations on ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Suggest and implement process improvements within projects.
- Utilize new technologies and methods to develop competitive services on customer projects.
- Produce technical documentation on modules and products following industry standards on customer projects.
- Stay up-to-date with product and solution knowledge and maintain an advanced skills profile in ServiceNow and JavaScripting, HTML.
- Drive business requirements and take a leading role with customer stakeholders, including C-level, director-level, and users.
- Design and configure ServiceNow ITSM suites.
- Coordinate with respective Product System Administrator counterparts and/or Platform System Administrators, and assist with applying ServiceNow patches releases to instances.
- Provide configuration assistance for ServiceNow, including data imports and software integrations.
- Assist with troubleshooting patch and release management issues focusing on ITSM.
- Develop UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflows.
- Manage JavaScript server client code.
- Create, monitor, modify, and publish service catalog workflows with approvals.
- Create access control rules (ACLs).
