Job Overview:

The Systems Analyst - Information Security is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, data, and infrastructure. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining privacy policies, procedures, and controls to protect against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining privacy policies, procedures, and controls to protect against cyber threats.
  • Supporting the execution of Information Security and privacy initiatives for new engagements.
  • Identifying technological opportunities and evaluating their impact on information security and privacy.
  • Preventing and deterring theft and fraud through physical presence and engagement.
  • Managing confidential files, performing audits, and conducting network and patch vulnerability assessments.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest information security controls, practices, techniques, and capabilities.
  • Conducting regular security audits and vulnerability assessments across all digital platforms.
  • Performing functional tests of new security tools and providing feedback to internal teams and vendors.
  • Directing emergency response personnel to areas of incident.
  • Analyzing security data to identify trends and recommend proactive measures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience in IT Security - Data Loss Prevention.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and report writing.
  • Ability to learn and understand fire and security systems.
  • Knowledge of Symantec Control Compliance Suite is preferred.
  • Credentialed or trained in cyber and privacy (e.g., CISSP) is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Infrastructure administration and management.
  • Cloud Security Platform knowledge (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Management of multiple OEM's & Vendors in large complex environments.
