Job Title

Lead Cybersecurity Strategist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Timely and Effective Security Incident Response:
  2. Provide security incident response within a 24/7 operations environment.
  3. Lead technical teams to maintain the lifecycle of security solutions.
  4. Manage security incidents, including containment and remediation.
  5. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
  6. Contribute to industry forums and discussions.
  7. Support audits and reviews requests.
  8. Monitor information security developments and communicate on potential impacts.
Technical Skills

Cybersecurity Professionals with Expertise in:

  • Vulnerability Management:
  • Operating system (OS) patching and hardening.
  • Conducting vulnerability assessments and prioritizing remediation activities.
  • Implementing and validating security patches and updates.
  • Security Tools Operation:
  • Managing security solutions' total cost of ownership.
  • Operating various security tools, including intrusion detection systems.
  • Monitoring and analyzing security data to identify threats.
  • Threat and Vulnerability Identification:
  • Assisting in threat and vulnerability identification and evaluation.
  • Conducting analysis of security events to determine root cause and impact.
  • Providing recommendations for mitigation and remediation solutions.
Qualifications and Experience

Requirements for This Role Include:

  • Relevant information security experience, preferably with global exchanges or financial firms.
  • Cloud technologies knowledge and cloud security architecture experience.
  • SecDevOps principles, security automation, and orchestration expertise.
  • Experience with industry best practices, such as Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, and COBIT.
  • Information security certifications and strong technology knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • University degree in computer science, information management, or related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or cyber security.
  • At least 10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
  • Knowledge of information technology operation.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity assessment.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity products.
  • Knowledge of market best practices and frameworks.
  • Certification in cybersecurity is an advantage.
