Value-Driven Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to create compelling proposals and lead solution defense discussions as part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments with customers to build strong business cases for outsourcing services.
  • Develop winning value propositions, articulate supply chain service offerings, and prepare comprehensive responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions.
  • Prepare FTE estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide support during transition to steady state operations.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large, multi-service deals.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and market developments.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8–15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
  • Exposure to automation, RPA, digitalization, analytics, and process mining tools will be an advantage.
