In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing a social media strategy that highlights our expertise in AI-driven procurement, builds a strong brand voice across platforms, and creates engaging content around product launches, events, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Brand Building: Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and creates compelling content.
  • Content Creation & Campaigns: Craft compelling educational carousels and posts on procurement best practices, AI use cases, and sourcing strategies, collaborating with the marketing team to amplify product updates and customer stories.
  • Community & Thought Leadership: Engage with procurement professionals, influencers, and potential customers in comment threads and discussions, monitor relevant hashtags and conversations to surface industry insights, and support executives in building their personal presence.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track key metrics, identify top-performing content formats, and iterate based on performance data to maximize impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in B2B SaaS marketing, with a deep understanding of the procurement landscape.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, able to craft engaging educational content and resonate with procurement professionals.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to inform strategy and maximize impact.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
