We are seeking a highly skilled Counselling Manager to lead our undergraduate admissions team. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape student journeys and drive academic success.

Job Description

The Counselling Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire undergraduate admissions process, from initial counselling to university acceptances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guiding students in developing strong academic and extracurricular profiles, including research, internships, competitions, and community impact projects.
  • Strategizing personalized student journeys by advising on subject selection, standardized testing, university shortlisting, and long-term academic planning.
  • Reviewing and providing detailed feedback on all application components, including personal statements, SOPs, LORs, essays, resumes, and forms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience in undergraduate admissions, preferably with a focus on international students.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S., U.K., and Canadian admissions platforms, including Common App, UCAS, and OUAC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and internal teams.
