Telehealth Psychology Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled psychologist to provide high-quality online consultations via our user-friendly app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct voice/video/chat consultations for mental health concerns, offering empathy and support.
  • Provide counseling services for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and lifestyle challenges.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in patient care.
  • Update case notes in our system after each consultation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology from a recognized institution is required.
  • RCI registration is preferred but not mandatory for counseling experience.
  • A minimum of 0-5 years of clinical or counseling experience is desired, with freshers welcome.
  • Strong communication skills in English or regional languages, particularly Hindi, are essential.
  • Empathy, patience, and professionalism are must-have qualities for this role.
