Job Title:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager with expertise in leading end-to-end ERP implementations.

This role is critical to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across the organization.

The ideal candidate must bring deep knowledge of managing ERP transformations and demonstrate hands-on involvement in every phase of the project lifecycle.

About the Role:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for ERP implementations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live and stabilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and system optimization post-deployment.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure team alignment and accountability.
  • Communicate project milestones, status updates, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Develop and execute risk response and contingency plans.
  • Ensure ERP solutions meet business requirements.
  • Oversee QA processes including testing strategies, validation, and audits.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and implementation partners.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Manage project financials and report on budget performance.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in managing ERP projects.
  2. Proven track record of successful ERP implementations.
  3. Deep understanding of ERP methodologies, system architecture, and integration points.
  4. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  8. Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  9. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certification).
