Lead Graphic/Visual Designer

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Designer to spearhead our brand's creative strategy and execution.

This role requires a seasoned professional to define the design language, develop brand guidelines, and lead a small creative team while maintaining hands-on involvement with high-quality design work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee and mentor a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Create and manage social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to craft storytelling-driven campaigns that yield results.
  • Develop and optimize creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire innovative ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure exceptional execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of industry-standard software and tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative story-teller with high emotional intelligence.
