Creative Visionary

As a Creative Visionary, you will spearhead the creative vision and strategic direction of our studio. You will combine traditional design sensibilities with advanced AI tools to deliver impactful campaigns and experiences across digital, print, and immersive media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Creative Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling creative vision that aligns with brand identity and business goals.
  • Drive Innovation: Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to drive innovation in design and storytelling.
  • Develop Scalable Frameworks: Create scalable frameworks for AI-based content creation, including branding, marketing assets, UI/UX visuals, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven creative solutions.
  • Lead End-to-End Creative Process: Lead the end-to-end creative process from ideation to execution across campaigns, including real estate launches, resort marketing, and wellness products.
  • Oversee Production: Oversee the production of high-quality digital content, motion graphics, videos, and immersive experiences using AI and conventional tools.
  • Manage Timelines and Budgets: Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for creative projects within the studio.
  • Implement Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to maintain premium brand standards.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay ahead of trends in AI design tools, including Midjourney, Sora, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Adobe Firefly, and others.
  • Guide Team: Guide the team in using AI tools to accelerate creativity without compromising originality.
  • Explore New Formats: Explore new formats, such as AR/VR, virtual showrooms, and AI-driven storytelling, for customer engagement.
  • Build and Mentor Team: Build and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, including designers, copywriters, AI specialists, and animators.
  • Foster Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and high creative standards.
  • Provide Feedback and Growth Opportunities: Provide constructive feedback, career growth opportunities, and continuous learning initiatives for the team.
