Job Title: Export Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Export Operations Manager to join our team. As an Export Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of export operations across India.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update export files and bills of lading in the LARA system on a pan-India basis.
  • Update remarks received from the Intermodal Team regarding import and export cleanup files.
  • Handle export invoice requests for information (RFIs) within the established turnaround time (TAT).
  • Respond to various queries received from vendors, the GBS Team, and customers.
  • Ensure timely provision of standard delivery point (SDP) and standard delivery date (SDD) codes.
  • Follow up with vendors and the GBS Team for outstanding bill payments to ensure a smooth payment process.
  • Co-coordinate daily with the Mumbai Intermodal Team for freight order generation and container load updates on the LARA and LISA systems within TAT.
  • Prepare various reports related to intermodal movements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues or escalations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Proactive and self-motivated qualities, along with a hardworking attitude.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Regular follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Preparation and submission of reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Timely response to queries and messages.
