AP Guru seeks a skilled and experienced Senior Academic Manager to oversee academic operations. The ideal candidate will ensure quality academic delivery, coordinate effectively between stakeholders, and resolve operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Oversight
  • Coordinate task completion among coordinators and Relationship Managers.
  • Monitor homework distribution and address any process gaps.
  • Track tests conducted and update test sheets promptly.
  1. Data Management and Coordination
  • Maintain the academic student database to reflect current information.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team on trial sheets and fee messages for new students.
  • Ensure clear oversight of all students, teachers, and classes for seamless operations.
  1. Stakeholder Interaction
  • Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by coordinators or RMs.
  • Communicate with teachers and parents as needed.
  1. Resource Management
  • Share relevant resource materials with teachers and students.
  • Procure books or materials aligned with student needs.
  1. Quality Assurance
  • Collaborate with teachers to maintain high standards of academic delivery.
  • Monitor the overall academic experience for a productive learning journey.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in academic management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A proactive problem solver.
  • Familiarity with educational resources and teaching methodologies is beneficial.
