About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Chartered Accountant to join our team in a dynamic consultancy environment. This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who wish to build a career in finance and consulting.

The role involves supporting various client engagements by assisting in financial reporting, bookkeeping, compliance, advisory, and taxation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in financial reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance standards
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
  • Work on direct and indirect taxation, including GST, income tax, and corporate tax matters
  • Provide advisory support on corporate law and financial structuring
  • Support transaction advisory by analyzing financial data and preparing reports
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and strategy development
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing solutions for complex financial challenges
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with relevant financial laws

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, including knowledge of bookkeeping practices
  • Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including GST, income tax, and corporate tax regulations
  • Awareness of corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial modeling tools used for financial reporting and analysis
