We're looking for a part-time freelance community assistant to help us build a growing platform connecting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers worldwide.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, leveraging your strong communication and organizational skills to drive our community forward.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling administrative tasks with attention to detail
  • Creating engaging content (summaries, social media posts, WhatsApp messages)
  • Moderating existing WhatsApp groups (4-5 groups)
  • Coordinating monthly community meetups
  • Maintaining accurate records and drafting emails

We value applicants with experience in admin or content roles who are passionate about community building. Fluency in English is essential.

This freelance position is based in India, requiring 5-7 hours/week. If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy building communities, we'd love to hear from you.
