Account Management Position Overview:

This role will involve supporting client relationships and ensuring campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Performance: Learn and understand the client's brand identity, core values, and unique selling points to contribute effectively to campaign support.
    • Content Review: Assist in reviewing content and help manage posting across social media platforms under supervision.
      • Senior Team Collaboration: Support senior team members in receiving, decoding, and executing new briefs and campaigns.
        • Progress Tracking: Help create and update weekly reports to monitor campaign progress.
          • Creative Partnership: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure campaigns align with the brand's tone, voice, and identity.
            • Research: Gather data and inputs to assist in preparing social media and brand analysis reports.
              • Idea Generation: Participate in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to ideate and conceptualise content calendars and campaigns.
                • Reputation Management: Provide support in online reputation management activities as needed.
                  • Task Coordination: Conduct routine checks and coordinate with Media, SEO, and Web teams to ensure smooth task execution.

This position will provide a comprehensive understanding of account management and equip you with the skills to excel in this dynamic field.
