Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the development of our stablecoin payments initiative. As an Engineering Lead/Manager, you will oversee the entire project scope, spanning both application and infrastructure layers.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a small team while staying hands-on building backend systems that scale securely and reliably.

  • Develop and implement scalable backend systems for web and mobile applications
  • Design and architect backend infrastructure powering payments and settlements
  • Builddistibuted infra on top of fragmented provider APIs across markets
  • Lead technical discussions and own architecture for integrations and scaling
  • Mentor and manage a small engineering team across infra + app layers
  • Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory readiness in architecture
Requirements
  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience
  • Strong in TypeScript/Node.js, and API design
  • Background in fintech or payments strongly preferred
  • Experience building integrations with external APIs/partners across geographies
  • Track record of leading small teams and scaling early-stage systems
  • Startup DNA: thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, ships fast
