Job Title: Automotive Audio Systems Architect

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Audio Systems Architect to drive the architecture and component selection for our next-generation automotive audio system.

  • Select and recommend semiconductor solutions for automotive audio, designing electronic components and systems that power car audio systems.
  • Ensure high-quality sound and seamless integration with vehicle technology by working closely with Architecture/System Design, Safety Engineer & Buyer/Purchasing teams.
  • Technical expertise in recommending electronic audio components, including amplifiers, microphones, audio digital signal processors (DSP), power management integrated circuits (PMIC), speaker interfaces, and digital audio interfaces.
  • Familiarity with automotive safety and quality standards, such as ISO 26262 and AEC-Q100.
  • Experience with acoustic measurement instruments, audio data acquisition, analysis systems, and Audio Precision.
  • Collaborate with silicon vendor partners to drive design features and technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HW Engineering group during advanced design phases, system architecture definitions, and ECU development/Qualifications.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with a global team spread across different regions and time zones.

Requirements:

  • B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunication, or equivalent engineering degree.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive embedded electronics designs or hardware/system architectural role.
  • Knowledge of In-vehicle infotainment system, Audio system, Automotive vehicle connectivity systems, and ECU design, development, and testing.
  • Strong teamwork spirit, excellent oral and written communication skills.
