We are seeking a seasoned SAP financial expert to lead and manage large-scale implementations of SAP Financial Accounting (FICO) modules.

Job Overview:

This position is ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO, particularly in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting, Transfer Pricing, Project Systems (PS), and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

The role focuses on leadership and oversight rather than hands-on deployment. We need someone who can translate business requirements into SAP solutions, ensure best practices are followed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Business Requirement Analysis: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective SAP solutions.
  • Testing: Conduct detailed testing of all FICO configurations and integrations with other SAP modules.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, changes, and enhancements.
  • Training: Provide training to end-users and junior consultants, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use and support the system.
  • Support & Maintenance: Offer ongoing support, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the stability of the FICO modules.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP updates and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP FICO, with a demonstrated track record in large-scale implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of the SAP FICO module, including but not limited to GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Order Accounting.
  • Excellent understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
  • SAP Certification in FICO is preferred.
